Order processing time
Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (CST)
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. However, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the following day.
Delivery time
Due to high demand, delivery is estimated at 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If we experience high volumes or inclement weather in certain areas of the country, deliveries may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional delivery days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you via email.
Transportation costs
Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.
Shipping unit
Proper shipping via USPS & FedEx or some other shipping method that works better for you. We will update production and shipping schedules if we anticipate any delays during periods of high demand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Change delivery address
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If you need an update, please contact us within 24 business hours of your order.
Your package is wrong/damaged
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. If the product you receive is damaged. Please email us at [email protected] within a week, including a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and any other information so we can resolve the issue timely. We will respond to you as soon as possible!
The package cannot be delivered
You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred upon return or pickup in the event the goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, goods are refused or other circumstances beyond our control.
