Return policy

Return period is 30 days from delivery date for all eligible items. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and repackaged in the original packaging if applicable.

All items must be intact and resalable.

Make sure the goods are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If it is an error on our part, we will exchange it at our expense.

Please note that we will not issue refunds if the buyer provides an incorrect or wrong shipping address.

If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or color, please follow the returns process as outlined above, then place a new order for the desired product on our website.

Goods are damaged or defective

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.
